In The Open Road, minor leaguer Carlton Garrett (Justin Timberlake) takes an unexpected road trip to track down his estranged father, legendary baseball player Kyle Garrett (Jeff Bridges), when Carlton ’s mother (Mary Steenburgen) becomes sick.
